Presidents, gov'ts of Turkey, Serbia, sign 12 agreements

BELGRADE - The presidents of Serbia and Turkey, Aleksandar Vucic and Recep Tayyip Erdogan, signed in Belgrade on Tuesday a joint political declaration on establishing a Serbia-Turkey High Cooperation Council.
