Moscow slams Yee's statements as "provocative"

MOSCOW - No one can hinder Belgrade from developing cooperation with Russia on a mutually beneficial basis, the Russian foreign ministry said in a comment on statements made in Belgrade by US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Hoyt Brian Yee.

"US Assistant Secretary of State Yee, who was in Belgrade on October 23-24, indulged in a number of provocative statements geared to undermine the Russian-Serbian cooperation," it said according to Tass.
