Known for work that is influenced by popular television entertainment, Athens-based Antonakis presents a new series of work titled "Release the Kraken," a vibrant and colorful play on the catchphrase first uttered in 1981 by Zeus in fantasy adventure "Clash of the Titans" and re-embraced after the film's remake in 2010. The show opens on Thursday, November 16, at the Eleftheria Tseliou Gallery at 8 p.m. and will be on show through December 16 at Tuesday -Friday 12 noon to 8 p.m. and Saturday 12 noon to 3 p.m.
