Vucic: Spain's position logical, agreement on Kosovo does not imply recognition

BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic says the decision of the Spanish government to exclude Kosovo from the EU accession talks is logical and that EU Parliament President Antonio Tajani said Wednesday a binding agreement on Kosovo-Metohija "does not imply a recognition."

Responding to a reporter's comment that Tajani had said the agreement did not imply independence, Vucic noted Tajani said the agreement did not imply a recognition.
