Qatar Petroleum announces Abu Dhabi oil deal despite boycott

State-owned Qatar Petroleum announced on March 13 it has signed a deal with Abu Dhabi to operate the shared Al-Bunduq offshore oil field, despite a bitter diplomatic rift.
