A Man from Pernik was Arrested because of 14 Dead Dogs
The police in Pernik detained a man on suspicion that he did not take sufficient care of his dogs, after 14 of them were found dead, the BNR reported.
The dogs are of the Middle Asian shepherd breed. Veterinarians are of the opinion that their deaths have been caused by hunger and thirst. Five alive dogs were also found during the check-up and were placed at the Municipal Castration Center. It is assumed that the animals were bred for fighting.
