You Can Now Request Online ,One-day and Even 4 Hours Employment Contracts

Starting today, May 28, 2018, farmers can request online day contracts and even contracts for 4 hours working day - in the General Labor Inspectorate (GLI EA).

The software already provides the amounts of social security contributions (agreed with the NRA), which have to be paid in advance for 4 hours of working. The system's calculator is also updated, which calculates the amount of the money for the social security contributions and the income tax charged to the insured person as well as the net remuneration. There is also the possibility for one-day contracts to be declared directly at the Labor Inspectorate at the location of the arable land. In the Guidance on Granting, Recording, and Reporting this Type of Contract, published on the IA GIT website, under the heading "For Employers and Employees" the subsection "Labor Relations" also is shown the amount of the social security contributions for 4 hours.

Since the beginning of 2018, EA GIT has provided 71 360 examples of one-day labor contracts to registered farmers. For the same period in 2017, the contracts awarded were 46,250. or the growth is more than 50%.

Most of the one-day contracts are used by farmers who process vines (the models they have declared since the beginning of the year were 23,100) and rose plantations (20,650).
