Sofia Municipality will Buy New Buses for the Lines to Vitosha

The "Sofia Auto Transport" will buy 10 renovated buses that will move to Vitosha Nature Park. They will replace fully depreciated vehicles that run on lines 63,163 and 66.

"Deputy Mayor Evgeni Krusev said during his inspection of the regularity and service of line №63, quoted by BNT. Busses will be tailored to the specifics the route on the three lines and more seats as it travels longer and the terrain is mountainous.The buses will be with manual gearboxes and diesel engines, which implies greater stability and safety for the passengers during the long ascent and descending of serious inclines.

The order for delivery will be announced in August, expected to be delivered in the winter this year, and the "Urban Mobility Center" aims to monitor the workload of the lines and, if necessary, to launch additional vehicles to Vitosha Nature Park "- said Evgeni Krusev.
