Serbian PM at UN climate change conference
At the opening of the conference, the heads of state and government are taking part, with the participation of the prime ministers of France, Spain, the Netherlands, as well as the presidents of Austria and Bulgaria and many other world leaders.
The conference is a continuation of negotiations on issues of relevance to the implementation of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change.
The main goal of the conference is to conclude work on the adoption of the Guidelines for the implementation of the Paris Agreement, to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
Serbia has been a member of the Paris Agreement since August 2017.
