Bulgarian Road Agency is Experiencing Technical Difficulties with Issuing E-vignettes

There is a technical difficulty in issuing electronic vignettes, the Road Infrastructure Agency said on 31st of January, reports BNT. 

Currently, they can only be purchased from the www.bgtoll.bg site, the mobile application, the self-service terminals and the cash desks at the regional offices of the road agency,

For technical reasons, the e-vignettes could not be bought via the national service provider with which the Road Infrastructure Agency had signed a contract to distribute them.

The agency said it is working to fix the problem.
