Bulgaria is the First Market in the EU for the Debut of Infinity Crossover with a Revolutionary Engine

Bulgaria is the first European market for the debut of the new Infinity crossover, named QX50.

Among the distinguishing features of the model is the revolutionary variable-speed petrol engine. The two-liter unit adjusts the degree of compression of the fuel according to the driving style, offering the dynamics of the gasoline engine and the efficiency of the diesel.

In the motor, the compression ratio varies between 8 to 1 (for times when more power is needed) and 14 to 1 (for maximum driving efficiency). The power of the engine is 249 hp and the combined fuel consumption is 8.7 l / 100 km.

The Infinity QX 50 debut in a serial car also makes a system for actively repelling engine vibrations. The new engine is combined with a variable gearbox.

Serial crossover is powered by four-wheel with electronic torque distribution. It can transfer the thrust between the front and rear wheels in a ratio of up to 50/50. The brakes also have a force-metering system between the left and right wheels, depending on the road conditions.

The long 4.69 m car accelerates to 100 km / h in 7.3 seconds and the maximum speed is 220 km / h. Crossover clearance of the crossover is almost 22 cm.

From the center console selector, the driver can choose between four styles of control - standard, eco, sport or personal.
