Kurti's ultimatum: If there are no sanctions against Serbia...

"If there are no punishments and sanctions for Serbia after what they have done, there will definitely be no dialogue. We will end up without success in managing the crisis and we will completely forget about normalization," said Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
EU spokesman Peter Stano confirmed that Prime Minister of Kosovo Albin Kurti and President of Serbia Aleksandar Vui were invited to Brussels on Thursday.
"The leaders of Kosovo and Serbia have been invited to participate in a dialogue support meeting on the sidelines of the European Council meeting later this week," Stano said.
