Serbia registers 47.1 bln dinar budget deficit in January-November
BELGRADE - Between January and November last year, Serbia registered a 47.1 bln dinar budget deficit, which is 51.3 bln dinars better than the planned 98.5 bln deficit under the supplementary budget law, the Ministry of Finance has said.
Compared to the initial budget plan, the figure is better by 101.8 bln dinars.
Revenues totalled 1,709.4 bln dinars, while expenditures amounted to 1,756.5 bln dinars.
November revenues amounted to 163.9 bln dinars and expenditures totalled 205.3 bln dinars, resulting in a 41.5 bln dinar deficit.
At general government level, a 52.8 bln dinar fiscal deficit and a 75.8 bln dinar primary fiscal surplus were registered in the first eleven months of 2023, the ministry said.
