Good weather across Greece on Sunday, temperatures expected to rise from Monday

Good weather is anticipated across the country on Sunday, with temperatures climbing up to 38 degrees Celsius.

Mainland areas will experience temperatures ranging from 36 to 37 degrees Celsius, with some western regions potentially reaching up to 38 degrees. The Ionian Islands, eastern Aegean Islands, the Dodecanese, and southern Crete will see temperatures between 34 and 35 degrees Celsius, while other island regions will have temperatures ranging from 31 to 33 degrees Celsius.

In the Aegean Sea, winds may locally reach up to 7 Beaufort.

On Monday, temperatures are expected to rise slightly, potentially reaching up to 40 degrees Celsius in the western mainland.
