Davenport: Recent events underlined urgency of returning to Belgrade-Pristina dialogue
PRISTINA - The head of the OSCE mission in Kosovo-Metohija, Michael Davenport, said on Wednesday recent events - the closure of post offices in municipalities in the north of Kosovo-Metohija and "renewed proposals" by Pristina to open to traffic a bridge on the Ibar River in Kosovska Mitrovica - had underlined the urgency of returning to the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue.
"Both these issues should be resolved in the EU-led process," Davenport wrote in a post on X.
"But this must be dialogue focused once again on improving the lives of ordinary people in Kosovo and enhancing the prospects for young people from all communities to live, work and raise their families here," he added.
