Off-airport check-in for cruise passengers

Aiming to enhance and simplify the travel experience for cruise passengers arriving or departing by air from Athens, Athens International Airport (AIA) is introducing an off-airport check-in service starting this Saturday.

This new service links AIA with the Piraeus Cruise Terminal in collaboration with ground service providers Skyserv and Swissport Greece and with support from Piraeus Port.

The initiative is expected to expedite and streamline check-in procedures at the airport, improving the experience for cruise passengers by allowing them to reach their next destination stress-free and better plan their time in Athens.

On departure days, passengers will have the opportunity to take short excursions within or near Attica, including visits to central Athens.
