Attiki Odos: Which junctions will be closed tonight

Traffic restrictions will be in place at junctions on Attica Road, from at 22:00 on Wednesday night 04/09/2024 to 06:00 on Thursday morning 05/09/2024, due to heavy maintenance works.

More details:

1. During the above closures, drivers may alternatively move as follows:

– straight to Aerodrome, then exit the exit to L. Marathonos (Junction 15) and through this exit and Messogeion L. they will be able to drive towards the neighbouring suburbs or the Southern Suburbs or towards Athens / Center.

– straight to the Airport, then head through the Connecting Branch to Rafina (Junction 16P) and turn around at the Pallini Junction (Junction Y8) (without paying the toll again) in the direction of Katehaki.
– straight towards the Airport until the Motorists Service Station (S.E.A.) Peania, where they will turn around in the direction of Elefsina and then move through the Connecting Branch (Junction 16K) towards the Regional Ymittos.

Especially for the blocking of the exit to Plakentias Avenue (13), drivers can exit from the previous exit of Penteli Avenue (Exit 12).

2. The Entrance of Attiki Odos from L. Pentelis (Junction 12) in the direction to Aerodrome / Markopoulo and to Regional Ymittos, will remain closed from 22:00 in the evening of Wednesday 04/09/2024 until 06:00 in the morning of Thursday 05/09/2024.

During the above blockade, drivers following the detour signs can enter Attiki Odos from the Penteli toll road in the direction of Elefsina, then turn around (without paying tolls again) at the next junction of Kifissia Avenue (Junction 11) and head straight towards Airport / Markopoulo / Ymittou Regional Road.

3. The Entrance of Attiki Odos from L. Dimokratias (Junction 7) in the direction of Airport / Markopoulo will remain closed from 22:00 in the evening of Wednesday 04/09/2024 until 06:00 in the morning of Thursday 05/09/2024.

During the above blockade, drivers following the detour signs can enter Attiki Odos from the toll road of L. Dimokratias (7) in the direction of Elefsina, then turn around (without paying the toll again) at the next intersection of L. Filis (Intersection 6) and head straight to Airport / Markopoulo.
