Mine were found near the island of Kasella in Elafonisos in the Peloponnese.

Specifically, at noon on Wednesday, the Port Authority of Neapolis Voion was informed by a civilian about the discovery of an “kind ammunition” in the sea area of the island of Kasella in Elafonisos.

The mine is located at a distance of just four meters from the shore and at a depth of only one meter.

The Port Authority of Neapolis Voion marked the area where the mine was located and informed the competent service for further actions.
