Vucevic condemns death threats to Tanjug journalists

BELGRADE - Serbian PM Milos Vucevic on Tuesday condemned death threats to Tanjug journalists and noted that he expected the relevant state authorities to establish all facts and prosecute the perpetrators as soon as possible.

"The threats to journalists of the Tanjug agency deserve the strongest condemnation and I expect the relevant state authorities to establish all facts in connection with the case and prosecute the perpetrators in the shortest possible period of time. It is impermissible for someone to attempt to threaten the safety of journalists and to prevent them from doing their job through brutal threats and we, as a society, must fight strongly for zero tolerance for any form of violence," Vucevic said in a statement.
