The train challenge

The Greek railway has gradually started to acquire the systems and equipment that it should have had decades ago to guarantee its safe operation. 

The network, however, has not been evenly developed and it is vulnerable to accidents and natural disasters in several areas.

Having an affordable and reliable railway in this country remains, despite the recent trauma, a challenge.
