Vucevic receives Peach

BELGRADE - Serbian PM Milos Vucevic met with the UK's special Western Balkans envoy Stuart Peach in Belgrade on Wednesday to discuss advancement of bilateral relations and the situation in the region and worldwide.

Vucevic noted that Serbia was committed to continue to strengthen the partnership and cooperation with the UK and highlighted the good economic relations, the Serbian government said in a statement.

He noted the significance of deepening the cooperation and working on joint infrastructure and energy projects, which he said represented the future and directly impacted Serbia's economic growth and stability.

Vucevic said regional cooperation was one of Serbia's foreign policy priorities the country was working on intensively, and noted that preservation of peace and stability was a fundamental priority for Serbia.
