Gov.gr rated best-performing public service 

The new measurement of customer experience (CX) levels in Greece, which was carried out by the company Braincandy for a seventh consecutive year, showed that the state's online platform, Gov.gr, was the public service with the best performance, maintaining its primacy in relation to the rest of the public sector.

Despite the strong competition and Aegean Airlines' dynamic entry into the top five companies with the best CX, Gov.gr maintained the second-best performance among 74 companies this year, demonstrating consistency in maintaining high service standards.
