Chamber passes 85pct tax on state pensions in excess of 7,001 lei
At a plenary session on Wednesday, the Chamber of Deputies passed, 307 to 1, a bill amending and supplementing Law 227/2015 on the Tax Code regulating taxation of old-age income and allowances.
"Serbia is too small to issue orders to the White House, however..."
He commented on the upcoming meeting in Washington, scheduled for June 27.
"I don't know what the topic will be, or which delegation will go. I expect a rational conversation. Serbia is small to command the White House, but big enough to emphasize its interests," he said.
He once again denied allegations that Serbia would recognize Kosovo on the eve of Vidovdan.

Turkey still blocking defense plans for Poland, Baltics, say NATO allies
Turkey continues to block NATO defense plans for Poland and Baltic states despite a deal in London last year between Turkey's president and allied leaders, three allied diplomats and a French defense official said on Wednesday.
Diplomats said while Ankara has approved the plan, known as Eagle Defender, it has not allowed NATO military chiefs to put it into action.
MAE: 85 Romanian citizens, seasonal workers in Germany positive for COVID-19; they are asymptomatic
The Foreign Affairs Ministry (MAE) conveyed on Wednesday that 85 Romanian citizens working at a farm in Bavaria tested positive for the novel coronavirus infection between 28 May and 11 June. They are asymptomatic and currently placed in quarantine.
Banks grant loans of 4 billion lei under IMM Invest programme
As of June 15, banks had granted loans to the amount of 4 billion lei under the IMM Invest programme, and this week the one billion euro equivalent mark will be passed, Cristian Paun, chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Credit Guarantee Fund for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises SA - IFN (FNGCIMM SA - IFN), said on Wednesday.
