Turkey's most populous city, Istanbul, will host a meet of the country's main rivals, Fenerbahçe and Galatasaray, on April 10, with international scouts and football agents attending the "derby of the derbies" to keep eyes on the young talents of both teams.

The proposed European Super League appeared dead in the water on April 21 after all six English clubs withdrew following a furious backlash from fans and threats from football authorities.

The UEFA Champions League draw produced some interesting clashes in the knock out final 16 stages with Bayern Munich pitted against Arsenal and Barcelona meeting PSG away. Title holders Real Madrid will play against Napoli in Spain. The complete draw:

Borussia Dortmund came from two goals down in the Bernabeu to earn the draw they needed to finish top of Champions League Group F.
Karim Benzema seemed to have put Real Madrid in pole position to secure a seeded berth in the last 16 of the competition when he scored twice inside 53 minutes but Dortmund weren’t about to roll over.

Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey scored a contender for goal of the season when he blasted home a 30-meter volley to help his team cruise past Galatasaray 4-1 to finish second in Champions League Group D on Dec. 9.
