Exit, Sea Dance among top European festivals
NOVI SAD - This year, too, EXIT has found its way to the list of 12 best major European festivals, based on votes from over 1.2 million people around the world.
Also on the list are Denmark's Roskilde, Belgium's Tomorrowland, Hungary's Sziget and Germany's Rock am Ring, the European Festival Awards (EFA) announced.

Balkan States to Cut Mobile Roaming Charges
The telecommunications ministers of Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia and Serbia signed an agreement in the Montenegrin town of Budva on Monday to limit sky-high roaming charges in the region by reducing the fees in phases over the next three years.

Agreement on cutting roaming charges to be signed Monday
BELGRADE - Serbian Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications Rasim Ljajic will on Monday in Budva, Montenegro, sign an agreement on cutting roaming charges in regional public mobile networks.
The agreement will be signed by the ministers of Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia and Albania.
Sky-High Roaming Charges to Go in Balkans
Montenegro, Serbia, Albania, Macedonia and Turkey have agreed to sign an agreement to scrap sky-high roaming charges in the region on September 29, Montenegro's Agency for Electronic Communications has confirmed.

KOTOR -- A man accused of organizing a prostitution ring has physically assaulted a reporter for the Montenegrin daily Dan, in the presence of the police.
The incident happened on Friday in the town of Kotor, in front of a local court.
