In Cernauti, Tilvar voices worries over denial of Druc's entry to Ukraine, demands official explanation

On a visit on Sunday to Cernauti, Ukraine, Minister-delegate for Romanians Overseas Angel Tilvar met Vice-Governor of the Cernauti Regional State Administration Ruslan Sencyuk and Cernauti Mayor Kaspruk Oleksey, with Tilvar voicing worries over Moldova's former Prime Minister Mircea Druc, also a Romanian citizen, having been denied entry to Ukraine.

ForMin Aurescu tells Ukraine Romania expects mobilization to not be 'selective'

Romanian Foreign Affairs Minister Bogdan Aurescu met Ukrainian ambassador in Bucharest Teofil Bauer on Tuesday, on which occasion he communicated the Romanian side's expectation that the partial mobilization carried out amid the conflict in eastern Ukraine should not have a 'selective' character and should avoid 'discriminatory approaches that might target ethnic grounds as well'.

Cooperation Agreement between Iasi, Chisinau and Cernauti, signed by the three cities mayors

Mayors of Iasi (Romania), Chisinau (Moldova) and Cernauti (Ukraine) on Saturday signed in Iasi, in the presence of Prime Minister Victor Ponta, a cooperation agreement on education, culture and public administration.
