Prime Ministers of 16 Central and Eastern European countries and China met in Croatian city of Dubrovnik. At noon the Plenary Session of the Eighth Meeting began in 16 + 1 format. Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov will sign an agreement on the opening of a Global Center for Cooperation with China in Bulgaria.
China pledges to increase trade with CEE countries
China pledged on Friday to increase trade with Central European countries and provide more financial support for major cross border infrastructure projects to promote regional cooperation.

PM Dancila attends opening of business and trade forum on sidelines of 16+1 Dubrovnik Summit
Romania's Prime Minister Viorica Dancila on Friday participated in the opening of a business and trade forum in Dubrovnik, Croatia, on the side-lines of a summit of the heads of government of the Central and Eastern Europe - China 16 + 1 co-operation format, where a website of the 16+1 SME management co-ordination mechanism managed by Croatia was inaugurated.
Tsipras to attend 16+1 Summit
Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras is to attend Friday's 16+1 Summit in Dubrovnik, Croatia, between China and 16 European countries - 11 of which are European Union member-states.
According to reports, Tsipras may also meet with his Chinese counterpart Li Keqiang.

The Supreme Court of Croatia has confirmed the first instance decision of a local court to extradite Albanian citizen Ismail Morina to Serbia.
Morina - who flew a drone with a map of "Greater Albania" attached to it during a football game between Serbia and Albania in Belgrade in 2014 - is wanted in Serbia on charges of inciting ethnic and racial hatred.
