For the First Time in History, there are Women in all Parliaments around the World

For the first time in history, women have a presence in all parliaments around the world, according to the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU).

The Geneva-based organization's latest report - based on data from 47 countries that held elections last year - shows that compared to 2020, the world continues to reduce the dominant role of men in representative bodies, reports Euronews.

Agreement signed to boost companies’ involvement in CERN

Ljubljana – The Slovenian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GZS) signed an agreement with the Ministry of Education, Science and Sport to cooperate in promoting Slovenian companies’ cooperation with CERN in Geneva, which operates the world’s largest particle physics laboratory and is the site of the world’s largest particle accelerator.

Six desecrating Turkish flag detained in Jarabulus

Six people, who tried to desecrate a Turkish flag during demonstrations against Türkiye in the northern Syrian province of Jarabulus, have been detained, İhlas News Agency has reported.

According to the report, "provocateurs" caused an uprising in the city on Aug. 11 and tried to take a Turkish flag down, following statements by Türkiye's top diplomat Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu.
