Aleksandar Josipovic bids farewell to dance career

BELGRADE - Dance artist Aleksandar Josipovic, the only Serb that performed at the Moulin Rouge, decided to stop dancing actively after 25 years of successful career.

The eight-time national champion, Josipovic achieved some of the highest attainments at global level, received a number of recognitions in the country and abroad where he successfully performed for a decade and a half.

Borsa Istanbul ranks among top 5 stock markets

Turkey's main stock exchange, Borsa Istanbul, was ranked among the top five performers in the world in 2014, the exchange announced in a statement late on Jan. 5.

The BIST-100 Index was the best performing investment instrument based on its 2014 annual yields, with Borsa Istanbul investors gaining an average yield of 26.43 percent in 2014, said the statement.

BELGRADE -- Serbian Deputy PM and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic said on Monday that the first conference of the Permanent Council of the OSCE would be held on January 15.

That means that the Serbian chairmanship over the organization will begin on that date, he told reporters during a regular monthly news conference.

Bulgaria Air in Codeshare Deal with Germany's airberlin

Airberlin, Germany's second largest airline, and Bulgaria Air will launch codeshare flights on some European routes from January 14 next year, austrianaviation.net has reported.

Under the codeshare agreement, airberlin will apply its AB airline code on Bulgaria Air flights from Berlin, Frankfurt and Vienna to Sofia.
