The offices of Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych have been left unguarded, with opposition protesters in full control of the government district.
The capital city of Kiev remains calm, a day after deal was signed to end a political crisis in which dozens have died, the BBC reports.

Clashes in Ukraine Worry Neighbouring Romania
As fresh fighting broke out in Kiev on Thursday, and as the death toll rose, Romania's President expressed concern and called for a peaceful solution to the crisis in neighboring Ukraine.
“I am not supporting economic sanctions against Ukraine, but severe sanctions are needed against those responsible for the excessive use of force in Kiev,” President Traian Basescu said on Thursday.

KIEV -- A central part of the Ukrainian capital city, Kiev, has been turned into "a veritable war zone," B92's reporters, Aleksandra Godfroa, has said.
There is chaos in the streets, with detonations and gunshots heard, while a nearby monastery has been turned into a field hospital.
