Minister: Killing of Gendarme is act of terrorism

BELGRADE -- Serbian Interior Minister Nebojša Stefanović has announced that he ordered "strengthening the police force presence" in a part of the Ground Safety Zone.

BELGRADE – Serbian Interior Minister Nebojsa Stefanovic said Thursday that a member of the Serbian Gendarmerie officer who had received wounds in the Ground Safety Zone in the night between Wednesday and Thursday succumbed to his wounds and died.

BELGRADE – Speaking at a meeting organized by Belgrade University students to commemorate 15 years since the start of the 1999 NATO air campaign against Yugoslavia, Serbian Minister for Kosovo-Metohija (KiM) Aleksandar Vulin said that the victims of the aggression must not be forgotten and that NATO has not apologized for bombing Serbia.
