They said on Saturday that pro-Serbian politicians Andrija Mandic and Milan Knezevic's New Serbian Democracy and Democratic People's Party will go to polls as a coalition, while Nebojsa Medojevic's Movement for Changes will compete on its own.

In Montenegro, heavy rain in the towns of Pljevlja, Mojkovac and Rozaje blocked roads due to rising water levels and landslides. The Interior Ministry said its Protection and Rescue Office was in constant communication with local authorities, adding that the army is on standby if the situation worsens.

The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport Ministry said classes were suspended in the capital Podgorica and towns including Bar, Kotor, Herceg Novi, Niksic, Berane, Danilovgrad, Kolasin, Bijelo Polje, Plav, Gusinje, Sutomore, Petrovac, and a kindergarten in the town of Mojkovac.

"There is no organised crime without political support and ties within the system. Montenegro will be able to fight organised crime," Abazovic told a press conference.
Blasts Shut Down Arms Dealer's Montenegro Factory
The largest arms factory in Montenegro, Tara Aerospace in the northern town of Mojkovac, which is part-owned by the controversial arms dealer Heimrich Thomet, was temporarily shut down on Tuesday after the explosion the previous day which injured two workers, local media reported.
