Five Turkish prosecutors who ordered the stopping of state-owned trucks purportedly carrying weapons to Syria have been dismissed by Turkey's top judiciary body.

The following is a list of the worst bomb attacks in Turkey since 1982:  

August 7, 1982: A bomb at Ankara's Esenbo?a Airport followed by a gun battle leaves 11 dead and 63 injured. The attack is claimed by the Armenian Secret Army for the Liberation of Armenia (ASALA).

Around one-third of a wall to be built along the Turkish-Syrian border in the southern Turkish town of Reyhanl? has been completed, according to the state-run Anadolu Agency.

The Turkish military has started building a concrete wall along the border with Syria following a series of attacks, Anadolu Agency said on August 14. 

The Turkish Armed Forces (TSK) is building the three metre (10 feet) high wall in the Reyhanl? district of Hatay province just across from the Syrian town of Atmeh, state-run Anadolu Agency said.    

The Turkish Foreign Ministry's spokesman has denied allegations of Turkey sending weapons to Syria and allowing the crossing of fighters into the war-torn country.

Stressing that Turkey's position on the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) "is clear," spokesperson Tanju Bilgiç said the allegations were "slanderous" and part of a "defamation campaign."

Last week, a ?rocket or missile,? probably a Scud, fired by the Syrian army, exploded in the Turkish border town of Reyhanl?, damaging a few buildings and military vehicles and leaving a 15-meter-wide crater, luckily leaving no casualties behind.
