Beatriz Colomina and Mark Wigley have been appointed curators of the third Istanbul Design Biennial, to be held from Oct. 22 to Dec. 4, 2016, by the Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts (?KSV).

European Design Awards distributed in Istanbul
Organized by the European Design Organization in a different European city each year, the ninth edition of European Design Conference and Awards Ceremony was held in Istanbul on May 23 2015. At the Award Ceremony the European Design Agency Award, ED-Awards Best of Show and ED-Awards Jury Prize were presented.

Tecau-Rojer advances to men's doubles final of Nice Open 2015

Bulgaria's top male tennis player kept his 11th place in the ATP ranking, while the country's best female representative Tsvetana Pironkova dropped seven positions in the WTA ranking.
Dimitrov, who was defeated in the second round of the Rotterdam Open last week, retains his 11th place with 3465 points.
