AIA arrival caught with 1.45 kg of cocaine
A 36-year-old foreign national tried to smuggle 1.45 kilograms of cocaine through Greek customs at Athens International Airport on Tuesday.
The man, who had swallowed the drug in 34 small packages, flew into Athens from Sao Paolo in Brazil via Rome.
He appeared before an Athens prosecutor later in the day.

Cocaine smuggler arrested at Athens Airport
A 27-year-old Brazilian man who swallowed 95 packages containing a total of 1.7 kilos of cocaine was arrested on Thursday at Athens International Airport.
Police said the man flew into Athens from Sao Paolo via Zurich.
He appeared before an Athens prosecutor later in the day.

Police nab cocaine smuggler at Athens Airport
A 37-year-old foreign national was arrested this week at Athens International Airport for trying to smuggle 960 grams of cocaine into Greece in 87 small sachets he had swallowed.
Police said the man flew in to Athens from Sao Paolo in Brazil via Zurich on Wednesday.
He was expected to appear before an investigative magistrate.

Drug smuggler nabbed at Athens Airport
A 23-year-old Brazilian man was arrested at Athens International Airport on Thursday for trying to smuggle more than 6 kilos of cocaine into Greece concealed in his paragliding parachute.
The man flew in from Sao Paolo, Brazil via Zurich.
Police said they found the drugs in six packages, weighing a total of 6.545 kilos, inside the parachute.

Athens airport police arrest woman smuggling cocaine in stomach
A 24-year-old woman identified as a Peruvian national was arrested at Athens International Airport on drug smuggling charges after flying into the Greek capital from Sao Paolo in Brazil via Zurich, Switzerland, police said on Friday.
Brazilian women caught in drug bust
Two Brazilian women, aged 23 and 24, were arrested at Athens International Airport on Sunday evening for trying to smuggle more that than 1.8 kilos of cocaine into the country, authorities said on Wednesday.
According to police, the women had swallowed 185 small packages containing a total of 1,845 grams. They had arrived in Athens from Sao Paolo in Brazil via Lisbon.
