The private meeting of the Greek Prime Minister, Mr. Kyriakos Mitsotakis, with the President of the Russian Federation, Mr. Vladimir Putin, at the residence of the Russian President, in Sochi, Russia, is ongoing for about 30 minutes now.

Serbia will continue to pay $270 per 1,000 cubic metres of natural gas for the next six months, President Aleksandar Vucic said after a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The two presidents met in Sochi, Russia, where the renewal of a deal about natural gas deliveries was one of their topics. Vucic said: "Putin has shown friendship towards Serbia."

The 19th-century exile of Circassians from their Black Sea homeland remains a painful tragedy, said Turkey's president on May 21.

Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on May 21 commemorated the deportation of Circassians 156 years ago from their homeland. 

"In the 156th year of their exile from their homeland, I share the pain of our Circassian brothers and once again wish God's mercy on those who lost their lives," Erdoğan said on Twitter.
