Following a series of attacks in the central Sofia neighborhood of Oborishte, urgent actions are being taken to address the issue of mentally ill individuals causing harm to the public, OFFNews reported. The most recent incidents, reported last week, involved attacks primarily targeting women and children.

Five individuals were injured when scaffolding collapsed at a building in Sofia's airport area, with one later dying from his injuries, according to the Center for Emergency Medical Assistance. The accident occurred late yesterday afternoon, around 5:31 p.m., after a wall collapsed, causing the scaffolding to fall. Emergency crews responded promptly, sending four ambulances to the scene.

Sofia's office market has experienced moderate rental activity over the first nine months of this year, with a total leased area of just over 130,000 square meters. This figure is above the five-year average, although the distribution of lease types has remained consistent.
