Euro down on Greece fears, equities mixed ahead of break
The euro weakened Tuesday after the showdown debt talks between Greece and its creditors collapsed, raising the prospect the country will be dumped out of the eurozone.
However, many equity markets were unfazed by the trouble in Europe as trade begins to wind down in several Asian bourses before the Lunar New Year holiday at the end of the week.

KRALJEVO - Serbia's coach Bogdan Obradovic confirmed that the world's No.1 tennis player Novak Djokovic will play a first-round match of the Davis Cup World Group against Croatia's team.
The Serbian team will also include Filip Krajinovic, Dusan Lajovic and Viktor Troicki who has recently triumphed in the tournament in Sydney and is in excellent shape, Obradovic added.

Troicki off to winning start in Melbourne
MELBOURNE - Serbia's tennis player Viktor Troicki made a winning start at the Australian Open, after defeating Jiri Vesely of the Czech Republic 6-3, 3-6, 6-2, 6-3 in a first-round match on Monday.
After claiming the title in Sydney, Troicki continued with good matches, confirming he is in excellent shape.

Troicki makes big jump in ATP ratings
LONDON - Serbia's Viktor Troicki moved up 38 places in the latest ATP rankings and is currently world number 54 with 826 points.
Troicki made great progress thanks to an impressive run at the tournament in Sydney, where he defeated Kazakhstani Mikhail Kukushkin 6-2, 6-3 in the final.
