Israeli Ex-PM Ehud Olmert Sentenced to Six Years for Bribery
Ehud Olmert, Israel's former Prime Minister, was sentenced to 6 years in jail, thus becoming the first head of government in the country to go behind bars.
A fine of ILS 1 M (USD 289 M) was also imposed on him, while another ILS 500 000 (USD 145 M) is to be seized from him, as judge David Rozen ruled according to the Jerusalem Post.
Hamas, Fatah 'to Form Unity Government'
Palestinian factions Hamas and Fatah have reached a reconciliation deal, after claiming to represent Palestine as rivals since 2007.
The two movements' representatives announced attempts to form a unity government would be formed in the coming weeks.

Ivaylo Filev Wins European Weightlifting Gold
Bulgaria's Ivaylo Filev won the gold medal in the 62kg category at the European Weightlifting Championships in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Filev lifted a total of 299kg from his two attempts, for his first ever European title. His best achievement so far had been a bronze medal from the World Championships in 2007.

Government to publish agreement with Etihad
BELGRADE -- The government has received the approval of Etihad to publish the deal on strategic partnership with Air Serbia, says an advisor to Deputy PM Aleksandar Vučić.
The agreement will be made public soon, Siniša Mali said on Wednesday.

Wizz Air Starts Flights Between Sofia And Malta In June
The low cost airline Wizz Air will start flights between Sofia and Malta in June.
The flights will be on Mondays and Fridays and tickets are already on sale.
Wizz Air is also starting flights between Sofia and Tel Aviv in May.
According to the company, last year it transported 900 000 passengers to and from Bulgaria.
