Venice Is Underwater, there Are Casualties
Water levels in Venice rose to 183 centimeters and more than 80% of the city is flooded, TASS reported, citing ANSA. City officials are ready to declare a state of emergency.
San Marco Square is flooded - the water there is over 1 meter. The famous Basilica was also flooded.

A Fire Broke Out on a Greek Ferry, 600 People Were Evacuated
A fire broke out aboard the Olympic Champion steamer in the western Greek port of Igoumenitsa. More than 600 passengers and crew have been evacuated.
The fire started from the garage compartment shortly after the ferry left the port on its way to Venice. He returned to Igoumenitsa and the evacuation began at 08.20 Bulgarian and Greek time.
Ferry fire put out, passengers safely evacuated
Some 538 passengers and 79 crew were safely evacuated after a fire broke out on the Olympic Champion passenger ferry on Saturday morning in the northwestern port of Igoumenitsa.
The coast guard said the fire broke out in the ferry's vehicle hold and was put out by the crew. Two passengers were hospitalized, the coast guard said, without providing details.
