Torrential Rains In Bulgaria Claim Another Life
Torrential rains in Vratsa on Thursday claimed the life of a 25-year-old shepherd, Vratsa Mayor Nikolai Ivanov told bTV national channel.
The man went missing on Thursday near the village of Tishevitsa and was found dead on Friday morning.

Code Yellow was issued in 16 districts in Bulgaria over the heavy rains, the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology with Bulgarian Academy of Science announced, Saturday.
Car 'Flies' With 252 km/h On a First Class Road
Police traffic camera in Bulgaria's town of Vratsa intercepted a BMW doing 252 km/h at a road with a 90 km/h speed limit.
The violation happened at the exit of Vratsa in the direction of Mezdra. The chief of traffic police in Vratsa Yanko Haralampiev said the driver is not from the town.

Bulgaria May Participate in 2nd Tender for Fertilizer Plant Chimco AD
The state will most probably participate in the second tender for the bankrupt fertilizer plant Chimco AD, also known as Himko AD, in the northwestern Bulgarian city of Vratsa.
Bulgarian Economy and Energy Minister Dragomir Stoynev commented on the case of Chimco AD during a sitting of the parliamentary energy committee.
Tender for Bankrupt Fertilizer Plant to be Held in Bulgaria's Vratsa
A sealed bid tender will be held Wednesday in Bulgaria's northwestern city of Vratsa for the assets of the bankrupt fertilizer plant Chimco AD, also known as Himko AD.
The fertilizer plant has been evaluated at BGN 28 552 458, VAT excluded.
