Eight polling stations opened on Tuesday morning in Kraljevo, Vrsac, Vrbas, Topola, Zrenjanin, Backa Palanka, and Belgrade's Zvezdara municipality.
A total of 9,851 voters are eligible to vote in the repeat elections on Tuesday.

VRBAS - New, turbulent times are ahead for Serbia as some cannot wait to destabilise it - our message to them is that we will protect and preserve Serbia, PM Aleksandar Vucic said in Vrbas, northern Serbia, Monday.
No one must even think about destabilising Serbia or bringing it to a collapse, he said.

Serbian Towns Queue to Make Putin Honorary Citizen
According to a recent Gallop survey, some 22 per cent of Americans now say they have a favourable opinion of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Although his unfavourable rating is still far higher, at 72 per cent, the number of Americans who view Putin positively is the highest since 2003.
