Advance Media Group

United Group, a leading provider of telecommunications services in Southeastern Europe, officially announced that an agreement has been reached for the purchase of the largest Bulgarian multiplatform media company Nova Broadcasting Group from Advance Media Group. The deal is expected to be closed in early 2021 once all necessary regulatory approvals are obtained.

Advance Media Group, a subsidiary of the investment group Advance Properties, jointly owned by Kiril Domuschiev and Georgi Domuschiev, is in talks with United Group, the leading provider of telecommunications services and media in Southeast Europe, on the possible sale of the largest multi-platform media house in Bulgaria - Nova Broadcasting Group.

The Commission for Protection of Competition (CPC) has allowed Advance Media Group, controlled by Kiril and Georgi Domuschievi, to acquire control over Nova Broadcasting Group. The agreement between Domuschievi and the Swedish MTG was signed on February 22, reports money.bg
