EU's General Affairs Council, chaired by Slovakia's Ivan Korcok, has accepted Bosnia-Herzegovina's request for membership in the EU.
The request was submitted in February 2016.

ZAGREB -- Serb Republic (Republika Srpska, RS) President Milorad Dodik has said that Bosnia-Herzegovina "has no future except as a loose confederation."
Dodik also spoke in favor of the creation of a third, Croat entity in that country, noting that "Herzeg-Bosnia used to exist."

Serbia and Bosnia to exchange liaison officers
BELGRADE - Serbian Prosecutor for War Crimes Vladimir Vukcevic and Bosnia-Herzegovina's Chief Prosecutor Goran Salihovic agreed in Sarajevo on Thursday to exchange liaison officers who would be appointed to the other prosecutor's office as representatives of their institutions.
