According to the Serbian government, she "expressed the wish today during the talks that economic cooperation between the two countries, as the most developed part of the overall relations, be further improved."

Brnabic said that "we can be even more efficient in the reforms that we conduct, primarily because of our citizens," the government announced.

According to the Serbian government, the prime minister also remarked that the institution has become the site of Russian and Serbian encounter and cooperation, which was most intensive in the hardest moments.

According to the government, during the meeting Brnabic expressed her worry over the increasingly complex situation in Kosovo and Metohija, bearing in mind that the interim institutions in Pristina do not respect dialogue and the agreements reached.

She also assessed on Wednesday that this is the best example of cooperation between the Serbian government, civil society organizations and private companies.

At the opening of the Philanthropy Festival in Belgrade, Brnabic recalled that charity is in the tradition of the Serbian people and gave examples of Mihajlo Pupin, Ilija Milosavljevic Kolarac and Djordje Weifert.

Brnabic, who is the first prime minister of Serbia on an official visit to Georgia, and Bakhtadze said during the talks that the relations of the two countries are good and traditionally friendly and that in the coming period they will work on intensifying cooperation in different areas.

According to the Serbian government, Brnabic said that Serbia has become a desirable destination for investment and foreign tourists, and that Novi Sad has become the center of IT industry and creativity.

The session is this Monday discussing Brnabic's proposal to elect Mali as the new finance minister in her cabinet.

She in this way responded to the leader of the opposition SRS group in the Assembly, Vojislav Seselj, who said his party would not vote for Mali, and added that he "almost teared up while the PM was reading out the heartbreaking letter filled with praise (of Mali)."

In an interview with the weekly Novi Magazin, the prime minister said she was convinced that "Kosovo cannot stop Serbia's path to the EU, because European integrations are one story, while solving relations with Pristina is another."

This is true along with "seeking a balance between the independence and the responsibility of the judiciary," Brnabic said on Monday, "adding that the ineffective judiciary is hampering reforms," the government announced.
