The Flames of the Kresna Gorge Began with New Force

The road to Greece is closed because of a new fire in the Kresna Gorge. It is supposed that the flames have started from unextinguished cigarette, bTV reported. Firefighters were sent to the site.

The western front of the fire at Stara Kresna blazed again this morning. The smoke is visible on the E79 international road, and the flames are near the railway line.

Truck Hit the Motorcade of the Head of NATO in Poland

A truck hit a car from the NATO secretary-general Jens Stoltenberg motorcade, who is on an official visit to Poland. Four people were injured, two of them are policemen.

Stoltenberg's car has remained unharmed, but the two vehicles involved in the collision have serious material damage, bTV reported.

Authorities are clear that this is a road accident.

Bulgarian National Volleyball Team to Participate in the European Championship in Poland

Men's national volleyball team kicks off today at 6:30 pm to participate in the European Championship in Poland, reported bTV.

The first rival of Bulgaria is Russian team and they will play at Arena Krakow. The match is from Preliminary Group C, where are also  Slovenia and Spain.

Sofia Municipality Started Operation For Demolition Of Illegal Roma Homes in Sofia's Neighbourhood 'Zaharna Fabrika'

The demolition of illegal Roma homes in one of Sofia's Neighbourhoods ''Zaharna fabrika'' has begun.

More than 143 shacks and 6 houses will be pulled down.

The operation started early this morning and is currently underway, there is a heavy police presence.

There is no tension for the moment.

Thousands of Sofia Citizens will not have Hot Water For 3 Days

A large part of the citizens of Sofia will be left without hot water from today and the inconvenience will last for 3 days, reported bTV.

The reason is a planned repair of Bulgartransgaz on the gas transmission network, which will not give natural gas to some of the heat sources of "Toplofikacia Sofia".

Grigor Dimitrov Has Achieved a Historic Success

Bulgarian best tennis player Grigor Dimitrov has achieved a historic success and will play in the first ATP World Tour Masters 1000 final in his career so far.

After overcoming John Isner at the semi-final, Dimitrov is now to face Australian Nick Kyrgios, who won against Spanish David Ferrer.

The match between two of them will start around 23.00, reported bTV.
