CEZ in Bulgaria Gets Permit for EUR 1.5 Million for Transmission Line Project
CEZ Distribution Bulgaria has received a construction permit for its EUR 1.5 million project to replace the 110 kV Zenit power transmission line and partly reconstruct two substations in Sofia, the company has said in a statement, according to reports.
20% higher electricity consumption on 6th of January
The consumption of electricity on 6th of January increased by 20% compared to the same day in 2018, the electricity distribution company CEZ Bulgaria said on 7th of January, reports BNT.
Company data shows that last year, the average consumption in Western Bulgaria was 1,525 megawatts, while yesterday it was 1,818 megawatts.

Household Electricity Price to Rise by 1% from April 1
