Two Equity Funds Acquire Minority Stake in Bulgaria's Walltopia
World-renowned climbing walls manufacturer Walltopia has announced that two equity funds, one from China and one from Bulgaria, have acquired a minority stake in the company.
These are BlackPeak Capital, a Bulgaria-based private equity fund, and the China-CEE Fund.
BlackPeak capital was set up under the EU's Joint European Resources for Micro to Medium Enterprises (JEREMIE).

BELGRADE - Serbian Minister of Energy and Mining Aleksandar Antic said Thursday that the China Exim Bank's USD 608.3 million, 20-year loan with a grace period of seven years, for the construction of a new unit at Serbia's Kostolac B coal-fired power plant, was extremely favorable and would ensure the stability of the country's energy system.

Bulgarian Development Bank and The Export-Import Bank of China signed a cooperation agreement for investments promotion for Chinese and Bulgarian companies, Wednesday.
