BELGRADE - Belgraders paid their respects to the supporter of Crvena Zvezda basketball club Marko Ivkovic (25), who was murdered in Istanbul ahead of the Euroleague match with Galatasaray.

Around 1,000 people lit candles at the church of St. Mark on Saturday evening and paid their silent respects to the young man who was stabbed to death outside the Abdi Ipekci Arena on Friday.

BELGRADE - President of Crvena Zvezda basketball club Nebojsa Covic said Saturday that Serbian fan Marko Ivkovic (25) was stabbed in the back ahead of Zvezda's Euroleague match with Galatasaray in Istanbul.
