"We Continue the Change" (WCC) has convened its National Council to deliberate on whether to accept the proposal from "Democratic Bulgaria" to jointly attempt to form a government with the second mandate.

General Atanas Atanasov, leader of the Democrats for Strong Bulgaria (DSB), announced his intention to seek a vote of confidence from the party during its upcoming national assembly. Atanasov conveyed this message in a Facebook post, marking his first public statement following the recent elections.

Tensions rise within the political landscape of Bulgaria as "We Continue the Change-Democratic Bulgaria" (WCC-DB) voices its dissent over the cabinet lineup put forth by Mariya Gabriel.

Kiril Petkov, co-leader of We Continue the Change (WCC), announced via Facebook the official commencement of negotiations with Democratic Bulgaria (DB) for a shared candidate list in the upcoming European parliamentary elections.

With 170 votes "In favor", parliament accepted Democratic Bulgaria's proposal to give a mandate to the Council of Ministers to accept the French presidency's proposal for North Macedonia.

"The discussions are ongoing", political newcomer and proposed PM Plamen Nikolov said on Thursday, declining to give more specific information.

All documents related to politicians' wiretapping, if any such documents exist, must be declassified, GERB insists.

Rashkov further said that he has received information about materials being destroyed at SANS.
